Sole Chardonnay 0,75L

"Sole" is about embracing the Sun, defeating the cold — being full of optimism, joy, warmth and an appetite for life. Sole Chardonnay from Recaș comes from grapes carefully selected from parcels with predominantly southern exposure. The Sun is the principal ingredient of this wine, lending it strength and character. Fermentation takes place partly in new French oak barrels, hand-stirred through bâtonnage three times a week. Golden yellow and crystal-clear, the wine unfolds a complex equilibrium with notes of mandarin, peach, apricot, honey, vanilla and cinnamon — a warm style with softer acidity and a long finish accented by sweet spices.
