Melinis Trandafir Damasc + Salcâm 250g

Not a jam, not a preserve, not an artificially-flavoured honey. A category of its own: pure acacia honey blended with raw Damask rose petals grown in harmony with nature and hand-picked from our own garden in the Buzău region. The artisan process — below 38 °C, no boiling, made in small batches — preserves both the qualities of the raw honey and the floral aroma of the petals. Our Rosa damascena planting now carries organic certification. The taste is subtle, floral, perfectly balanced. Excellent on vanilla ice cream, in yoghurt, alongside dark chocolate, as a topping for cheesecake or panna cotta, or simply by the spoonful for a calm, fragrant treat. Do not heat. Ingredients: organic Romanian acacia honey (min. 80%), raw organic Damask rose petals from our own garden (min. 9%), organic lemon juice.
