Made by Norica and Viorel Urjan in Nehoiu, to the authentic recipe of the old dairy factory, learned from a Macedonian master cheesemaker. The milk comes from the family's cows grazing the Penteleu mountain pastures, and the cheese matures slowly, at the old rhythm. Lovely on its own, with a glass of white wine, or baked.
