
Dry rosé wine, 13.5% vol. alcohol, 3.85 g/l sugar. Limited edition of 3,800 bottles. In keeping with our philosophy, this rosé is made exclusively from grapes harvested from a single plot. To obtain a finer, more elegant colour and to protect the pure fruit and the freshness of the wine, the grapes are gently pressed without prior crushing. After fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, the wine stays at least 6 months on fine lees to gain complexity and structure. The result is a very elegant, layered rosé with crisp acidity and a soft, ethereal finish. It pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes. Contrary to popular belief, a high-quality rosé does not collapse just six months after bottling; that is usually the time it needs to stabilise and begin to show its full beauty. Serve at 8–10°C.
