Wine has been made at Recaș, near Timișoara, for centuries — today as Romanian wine's biggest export story: the market leader and the country's largest exporter of bottled wine. The wines are signed by Hartley Smithers and Nora Iriarte, both listed among the Top 100 international winemakers (The Drinks Business, 2020). The house philosophy — "out of respect for wine" — shows in reds, rosés and whites that keep winning international awards. Recaș is the farthest winery in our selection — all the way in Banat — but some glasses are worth the exception. You'll find them on the menu and, by the bottle, in our shop.
