
Crama Ferdi is the project of winemaker Fernando Mihăilescu, later joined by his son Paul: 3 hectares of vines at Vâlcănești, in Dealu Mare, and the conviction that good wine is made with as little intervention as possible. The grapes are picked by hand into small crates, and the reds mature for 1–2 years in oak barriques. From 7 red and 3 white varieties come fewer than 10,000 bottles a year — natural wines with balanced acidity and a quiet elegance. At the conac you'll find them on the Farm-to-Table menu and by the bottle in our shop.
