Dulceață Fructe de Soc cu Fetească Neagră

The manor courtyard is shaded by magnificent elder trees that delight every sense — not once but twice a year, first with their flowers, then with their fruit. We've woven the berries together with the Romanian Fetească Neagră grape from Dealu Mare. This is the jam that has become the emblem of our line — a small secret revealed at the very first taste. Ingredients: elderberries, sugar, Fetească Neagră reduction, cinnamon. Serving suggestion: to show this jam at its best, prepare a not-too-sweet tiramisù (half mascarpone, half fresh cottage cheese) and serve it in individual glasses, spooning a teaspoon or two of the jam between each layer.
