Bauer Syrah offers an absolutely splendid tasting experience. From extracting the very best of the grapes grown with special care on the Hills of Oltenia to a vinification process thought out in the smallest detail, Bauer Syrah caresses the senses with strong, round tannins and intensely fruity aromas that open up best at the ideal serving temperature of 16–18°C. Tasting notes — Nose: intense notes of black fruit wrapped in spice. Palate: rich black-fruit aromas with fine peppery accents, leading to a long, fruity, slightly minty finish. Colour: intense ruby red. Good ageing potential.
