Sea-buckthorn is an intense, powerfully tart fruit that isn't always easy to take to — especially for children. Melinis Cătină Cremă was created precisely to turn this concentrated fruit into a gentle, pleasant everyday experience without losing its identity. It's the most delicate version in the range: very fine, smooth, silky, with a balanced flavour naturally rounded by honey. For many families it's the form in which children first discover the taste of sea-buckthorn. Unlike most sea-buckthorn products on the market, ours is not pasteurised. The fruit is folded raw into raw organic polyfloral honey, then finished by controlled crystallisation into a creamed honey — no heat treatment. Delicious on bread, toast or crackers, in yoghurt, over porridge or straight from the jar. Ingredients: Romanian organic polyfloral honey 50%, raw organic sea-buckthorn paste 50%.
