Mead with fruit (sour cherries) and spice (allspice). Off-dry, with a fruity nose and palate. It can also be served warm, mulled-wine style — no added sugar needed, the residual honey carries the sweetness. Mead loves the environment — one of the most sustainable fermented drinks in the world, asking for little energy and little water. Locally produced from 100% natural Romanian honey, water from the Curvature Subcarpathians, selected yeasts and time. Low ABV, lightly sparkling, off-dry. Gluten-free. Ingredients: water, honey, sour cherries, allspice, yeast.
