Mead with herbs: basil and tarragon, picked locally. Off-dry, with a floral nose and palate; the two distinctive herbs are macerated to deliver a fragrant, balanced mead. Mead loves the environment — one of the most sustainable fermented drinks in the world, asking for little energy and little water. Locally produced from 100% natural Romanian honey, water from the Curvature Subcarpathians, selected yeasts and time. Low ABV, lightly sparkling, off-dry. Gluten-free. Ingredients: water, honey, basil, tarragon, yeast.
