Mead with hops. Lightly sparkling, off-dry, with a gentle bitterness from the hops and a floral nose and palate carrying delicate elderflower notes. Mead loves the environment — one of the most sustainable fermented drinks in the world, asking for little energy and little water. Locally produced from 100% natural Romanian honey, water from the Curvature Subcarpathians, selected yeasts and time. Low ABV, lightly sparkling, off-dry. Gluten-free.
