We've captured the black gold of Buzău, the treasure of the forests of the Carpathian Garden, in a small jar of dark-golden elixir. Specially-trained dogs are the friends that help us find the truffles, and the acacia forests of the Buzău Valley are the bees' hosts for a short window each spring. We've gathered all those treasures into one jar. The acacia honey is perfumed by slices of fresh truffle we fold through it — a product made for unexpected culinary combinations.
