"De ale Crenguței" is a small producer in the Slow Food Buzău network. Crenguța works by hand, in small batches, to inherited recipes — the way it was done at home. Her marinated mushrooms made it into the "Buzăul Artizanal" and "Gourmet Carpatin" gourmet baskets — and at the conac, into the shop and onto the starter table.
