At Fințești, in the heart of the Dealu Mare wine region, Austrian entrepreneur Walter Friedl and his Romanian partner Mihai Băniță built one of Romania's most modern wine estates. The 82 hectares carry six red and six white varieties — from native grapes to international ones — vinified with state-of-the-art technology. Gold medals at international competitions have meanwhile become routine. At the conac, Lacerta wines accompany the Farm-to-Table menu and sit by the bottle in our shop.
