Casa Ghizdeanu is the family business of a young couple from Ulmeni, started in 2015: meat products made to traditional recipes, with ingredients from their own farm. Pastrami and sheep sausages are the house specialty — simply seasoned, dried and smoked without hurry. At the conac you'll find them on the starter boards and in the shop.
