

Melissia makes honey at Largu, on the Buzău plain. The varieties follow the seasons and the flowers: acacia in spring, linden in early summer, then wildflower. The honey stays raw, gently filtered and never heated — that's how it keeps its enzymes and aromas. You'll find it in the conac's shop and, in the morning, on the guests' breakfast table.
