One Beer Later — Buzău craft beer🐌

One Beer Later was born in 2017 in Buzău, out of a meeting — at an enduro race — between Frenchman François-Xavier D'Hollander and Buzău local Ionuț Stoian. François comes from a family with brewing in its blood: his great-great-grandfather was a Belgian brewer in France. The beer is brewed in small batches from 100% Romanian malt, from classic recipes to experiments and wood-barrel-aged series. Colts Amber Ale has become a local favourite. At the conac, One Beer Later beers sit in the fridge next to the Farm-to-Table menu, and in the shop by the bottle.
